Reform job requirements and implement a more efficient hiring system for blue/pink collar job opportunities.

Created by D.G. on August 13, 2014

I remember the days when you could walk into a store, or other workplace, sit down with the manager and talk to him/her about your job experience, skills, and work ethic, and not be judged by just an educational degree, and get a job.

However times are now different and the lack of skill/work ethic hiring is hurting the people who need jobs and in turn is hurting the economy.

I would like to propose the implementing of the old style of hiring again. You walk into the work place, find the manager, show him/her what you got and that you can do what's asked of you, and you get hired. Of course this would only apply to blue/pink collar jobs.

This would help both the low and middle class get into the work force, but as well, help get the economy back on its feet.
