The Medicare/Medicaid program should be reformed so that any citizen could enroll, regardless of age, income, pre-existing condition, etc. This program would be a public option to the already-available private health care insurance programs to provide health care for any United States citizen. The existing medicare tax structure could be modified to fund the prorgam.
