reform mental health care.

Created by A.R. on September 06, 2012

Mental health care is at an all time low. More people are being pushed aside and falling through the cracks of the health care system. I know this one for a fact. I am one of millions of people who have a mental health disorder. Many are to sick to work, but are found well enough to be denied benefits from social security.

Living with bipolar disorder is a struggle. People who have any kind of mental health disorder struggle to live a stable life. Many do not succeed. Many succumb to suicide, or become so violent that they go on rampages and hurt or kill people. Things like that are preventable, but it won't be easy.

We talk about wanting to help the middle class, but what about the low income? What about those who are too sick to ask for help? They are people too.
