The Uniform Code of Military inJustice is designed to oppress service members personal liberties and is designed to impose the will of their superiors onto them. The UCMJ needs desperate reform.
The UCMJ needs to exclude rules dictating how a service member should conduct themselves in their personal sex life (adultery, sodomy, prostitution)
The UCMJ should allow service members under 21 to consume alcohol! (If you are old enough to take a bullet for your country you are old enough to drink off duty)
The UCMJ should not punish service members for getting a DUI or for Domestic Abuse charges. Yes these acts are wrong, but the service member will already get punished by the municipalities said crime happened, they shouldn't get punished by their unit as well, etc...
