Obamacare should be amended to the following programs:
1) Medicare should be the standard limited medical for all Americans.
Limited means the following: Doctors Office Visits, Laboratory, X-rays and MRI, Chiropractic Office Visits (with limitations), and drug prescriptions (generic preferred). Dental office visits, teeth cleaning, cavity filled and root canals. Optometry eye exam and glasses.
Paid for by deductions of payroll check 12.50/week for individuals or for each family member listed. To prevent fraud each person will sign Doctors detailed bill and will present a debit card for services rendered.
2) A .02 gas tax and a .01 food tax will be used for all hospitals and Urgent Care Centers to support emergency services for all Americans. Having the gas/food tax pay for services.
