A section of the Patriot Act are unjust to many Americans. Section 206 conflicts with the fourth amendment of the constitution of the United States of America. Section 206 allows the government to get warrants to wiretap our phones without revealing the person of facilities being wiretapped. This contests the fourth amendment because the fourth amendment states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses...against unreasonable searches...no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause...and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized", yet they can tap our phones without describing who is to be searched. Section 206 should expire immediately or reformed to require the persons or facilities to be identified.
