United States law must be rewritten, so that there is no statute of limitations on ill-gotten gains, criminals, whenever they are caught, must repay society with both prison time and, their illegal gains. Reform bankruptcy laws too, so that the thieves can’t protect their stolen proceeds with millions in real estate. Make said law retroactive. Politicians, and/or family members can't work in industries they support for 10 years. Equal protection of the law must be enforced . Right now, principally, the only justice to be had in America is afforded to the rich, the poor who get i trouble are given an overwhelmed public defender, with sometimes 10 times the case load of their adversary. Require lawyers, for the privilege of practicing law, to donate 10 hrs per week to public service.
