STOP THE FILIBUSTERING!!
Who ever said life isn't fair was too lazy to try and fix it.
Simple majority should rule. Why should we vote for our legislators, if we have to have 60 percent or no legislators at all. 60%?! Or nothing at all?! That isn't fair. Such is the case with Senate Rule 22.
Senate rule 22 makes it to where they need 60% of Senators to agree to vote on a bill. Although they only need 50% to actually pass a bill. Does this sound crazy to anyone else? Stand up for your vote that you casted!
Both sides of the isle plays the filibuster card when they don't get their way. Which ever party gets the majority vote should govern. Simple basic logic. Join me and stand up for democracy!
