Apple.Inc has been recently abusing the judicial system, its own patents and patent law in order to ban every Android phone or tablet they can instead of innovating and making a better product.
Note that there are also other companies similar to Apple in this prospect ("patent trolls") such as Microsoft.Inc but Apple.Inc is the worst of them all.
And all that is destroying innovation and consumer choice in the consumer electronics market in the USA.
So please let's help this petition get the attention of The White House and hopefully they'll help in reforming patent law in a way the defends but doesn't destroy innovation ,consumer choice and free market in the United States of America.
