Reform Patent Law.

I would like to see reform of Patent Laws of USA to be more 40/40/20. I would like to see the US Patent Office become a go between for the Labor force. Where The employee creates an idea for Patent or Copyright on new product or improvements on existing product, submitts it to the US Patent ofice for Patent/Copyright in his/her name for the company they work for. Then the Patent Office submitts the idea to the Company for the employee. Then if the company wants 40% of the claim (R&D - cost of their buy in) and profit they buy into this idea. That way the company does R&D with the employee and shares in profit. 40% profit employee, 40% profit employer, 20% profit US Patent office-for services and auditing.
