REFORM PAYROLL FOR FEDERAL OFFICIALS, CUT SALARY AND END LIFETIME BENEFITS FOR FEDERAL ELECTED AND NON-ELECTED OFFICIALS

Created by J.C. on November 13, 2012

There should be a Payroll and Federal Benefits Control Act of 2012. The law should cap pay of federal elected officials where pay increases cannot be approved simply by a vote in the house and the senate. Pay increases or pay cuts should be decided by the voters every 2 years in mid term elections and every 4th year when there is a national election and the law should end lifetime health insurance and lifetime pay for federal elected officials.

When a elected official leaves office, dies in office, or is impeached that person should no longer be entitled to lifetime healthcare benefits and lifetime pay at the expense of taxpayers.
