reform the Postal Service

Please reform the USPS and use good business sense so that the Post Office mirrors the private sector.
Make city routes competitive. Letter carriers in city routes have no incentive to be efficient and helpful to the people. Carrier routes should reflect the persons performance and attitudes. Pay for performance or evaluated routes. Those who don't care to work hard should not be paid as if they do.
Postal positions should pay what a private sector worker would make doing the same work.
