Establish a requirement that the President should be concerned with the People's business, instead of using his term time to campaign using the People's tax funds. Further, the President must set good example for those he governs, by limiting his vacation time to a total not exceeding that of the common people. The President is to serve the People, not be served by the People. The President is not to govern by imposing his personal views on issues, but to bow to the will of the People.
