Reform the Presidential Election Process

hy should we remove the Electoral College?
The Electoral College is a flawed system. It allows candidates to focus on swing states instead of the entire populace since many states are "safe" since at least 50% of the population of a state supports the party, therefore keeping those votes within those parties. The swing states are focused on as they are not firm in their support for one party.
