POTUS says everybody must have the same rights in USA. But for the presidential elections, some people's votes are ignored: a non-swing state vote is irrelevant
We ask the WH to reform the presidential election system for a proportional voice to everybody. The details of the system will be decided by congress & all 50 states
Goals:
1. Everybody has the same rights for their votes to be counted & thus is encouraged to participate
2. The president truly represents all Americans
3. Force the candidates to care about everybody everywhere, not just in the swing states
4. Because of 3., a democratic president would be more respected by a republican state and viceversa
5. because of 3. & 4., reduce the extremes in congress, since it represents people who do not feel represented by the president
