How much money is spent across the U.S on prison inmates for shelter, food, clothing, housing, building construction due to over flow of inmates, and risk of safety? Reforming the prison Institutions in a manner that will severely impact the leisurely life-style inmates have would not only get people to think twice about committing their crime, but save money to spend it on matters of greater importance. Prison inmates who -intentionally- act upon a crime, do not need a TV, comfy living arrangements, etc. Those on death row should not get a "last meal of choice", and process of execution should be faster.
Notice: This may seem harsh in terms of "human rights", but you have to think for a second, what rights did the innocent victims get before they were killed or injured?
