Reform the Railway Labor Act of 1936: Stop endless negotiations.
Allow a Labor force to strike with a vast majority vote
Reform Railway Labor Act of 1936.
This act is ment for a fledgling country in an industrial revolution and is
outdated.
Stop open-ended labor contract negotiations. Easily allow a labor force to
strike that receives a vast majority vote to strike from its members.
Inact a firm timeline (2 yrs max) for contract negotiations to end that
will release a labor force to self help (strike or lock ins). Outlaw labor
"scabs". Â When agreed contract nears amendment date new contract
must be agreed upon prior to current contracts expiration or whole labor
force has right to time off with out pay. Â Hold companies to agreed contract
and solve grievances rapid
