Reform the right to bear arms, As our civil right,so"non-violent Felons"can bear arms and restore our civil rights.

Accidents happen and people change, I belive under our civil right to bear arms, non violent felons should be able to own a gun, after completion of all criminal charges, restitution and fines are paid in full. After completion you would have to be approved, through the state which you live and report in person every year to keep possession of the permit if approved by a state legal council in your jurisdiction appointed by the government of each state and logged into a mass data base system. Each person with their own data base number, so they can be identified. This is a major problem for hunters, man&woman, elderly, that might have made a mistake.I am asking to take this petition serious and give us non violent offenders the right to bear arms back.....
