Reform "Right to work" & "At-Will" regulations for the entire US, and enforce ADA Compliance among corporations.

We the people ask that the United States government reform "Right to work" "At-Will"employment laws to decrease unemployment, so that employers may not fire an employee without justified cause. We also ask that ADA regulations be enforced, and all corporations, and businesses be required to teach all administration, and management staff about ADA compliance with mentally ill, or mental defect employee's to ensure a fulfilling life. We ask that employers not be allowed to fire at-will, or call on arbitration to evade government intervention. We also ask for work rehabilitation programs for those recovering in society from disability including felons, mentally defective, and various minorities such as immigrants
