This petition is a stepping stone to reform the pay and benefits a representative receives for doing a poor job. While the american people are losing employment, homes and insurance representatives are fighting amongst themselves. They should not be paid for failing to do their jobs. American people dont get paid for not doing their job. Representatives should not either. You don't show up to work to vote; you don't get paid.
