Hello my name is Johnny Hernandez and i believe the Obama administration should reform the SEC regulation on the stock market. The SEC has trading laws that are in the gray and are very difficult to prove and when the government brings these cases to court they usually don't prosecute anyone and the banks end up paying a fine and the process repeats. People like Bernie Madoff and Jordan Belfort are clear examples they had schemes going on for years and Madoff stole billions and granted they both did get put in Jail but the people who lost their money never got it back. Belfort and Madoffs schemes were different Madoffs was a poncy scheme and Belfort used stock manipulation to raise the price of worthiness stock as well as off the books trading. Crimes like these need to be stopped.
