Reform Social Security by allowing US Citizens the RIGHT to Opt Out. By opting Out you are eligible to receive all monies back that were deducted from your payroll. You AGREE to forfeit 5-12% withholding to support current and future recipients of the program that are currently receiving payments or will be receiving payments and are not eligible for the Opt Out or Phase Out Period. In Addition all individuals who are eligible to Opt Out, or employed and earning income withhold a flat 6% Payroll deduction for the period of years it takes to dissolve the program, or phase out.
As a result the Economy can only Prosper. Citizens will be receiving money that was withheld without consent.
