Give to those who have Mild/Moderate/Severe Disabilities or been denied more then 3 times with Proper Documentation that states Mild/Moderate/Severe Disabilities (ex. Asthma, Sleep Apnea)
Give Medicaid to People who Have Real Disabilities whether it is Mild/Moderate/Severe and Split Medicaid from Social Security, So People who Have those Disabilities can get medicaid.To pay for Medical Treatment and Emergency Needs. And Removed the people and mandate a test every 2 months for Illegal Substances in the Blood Stream, who received Social Security Benefits, and Accurately Removed them and don't allowed them to participate in getting benefits for 1 whole year without showing proper treatment Documentation
