Eliminate the virtual automatic denial of applications for Social Security Disability. There are legitimate applicants who get "automatically" turned down the first time around (or more), causing people to then hire attorneys to apply for them, thereby complicating the process and reducing the benefit for the disabled person (attorneys take a percent of the disability received, if any). This is wasteful and frustrating for those who legitimately need disability benefits.
