Reform the social security program. It should allow the option of Being affected by it or not. the system is out of date

Created by K.D. on January 05, 2015

The social security program is out of date and it is also inflated. If an individual decides they don't want to be a part of the program. They shouldn't have to pay. of course this also means that they will not receive any of it's benefits. You see everyday in neighborhoods across the US, families that are abusing the program. I (as well as other individuals) feel that the program was good when it was first created, but everything brakes down with time. This Program has surpassed it's useful age. It has become more of a burden than a help. I'm not saying it should go away completely, but it does need reformed. I'm twenty two years old, by the time I reach an age that I could receive SS checks there will be nothing more than cob webs left. Policies were designed to change with time.
