Reform the Social Security system by repaying the massive debt owed to the system, and prohibit the government from "borrowing" any money from the Social Security Trust Fund in the future.
By borrowing such massive amounts of money from the Social Security Trust fund, the people who pay social security taxes their whole life, don't end up with a fair pension from the system, because the government steals their hard-earned social security payments.
