We are seeing too many stories in the news where people are not allowed access to their own home or condo due to "squatters" claiming they have a right to live in the property. When police are called, they are not able to help the situation describing it to be a civil matter. The actual owner has to go through an eviction process which costs a lot of money and time. Money which some people might not have, and time where the property is at risk of numerous concerns.
