As the demand for standardized testing in the US becomes more prominent for college application and further asserted in high schools, many disregard the apparent fact that standardized tests generally cater to a specific type of individual; thus leaving many intelligent, driven students at a disadvantage to those able to purely test efficiently and memorize. If the US is going to push this widespread testing so forcibly, these tests should be reformed to exploit the students' abilities which actually apply to real life experience in the work force.
