Reform the student health insurance system

Created by Z.W. on May 20, 2013

The student health insurance only covers the full-time students. Students who are graduating (usually in their last semester) or haven't registered for full credits are not covered. However, most of them have been paying the insurance fees for previous semester so it is unfair for them not receiving the same medical care. And for those who did not registered for full credits in a particular semester, that doesn't mean he/she is not the full-time student.

So we believe every student should receive the same medical care in spite his/her enrollment for credit hours as long as he/she a student.
