Reform Student Loan Debt and Housing together.
The purpose of this Petition is to create a program linking Student Loans to Mortgages, selling foreclosed federally owned homes to those with Student Loans and the ability to pay the Student Loans and Rent, but not a Mortgage and Student Loans. This Program would sell these homes to Student Loan holders at a higher interest rate (Prime + 3.75%) and at a price equal to the homes current value plus half of its peak bubble value. Those qualified would be able to choose from homes that meeting these qualifications would equal the cost of their rent plus student loans. If the program is used the payee must pay the mortgage on time for 5 years, at the end of the 5 years the student loans will be forgiven. If at any time the Mortgage is default
