Reform the Tax base percentages paid from all within the existing tax levels here in to be a flat tax base paid with no deductions at year end as a far tax base system. Diligently bring fourth an equal taxes paid from all individuals with in their level of tax base, as well as business with in it tax base level to be paid equal with no deduction right offs. All levels can be adjusted to current knowledge of known amounts of taxes paid at year end on an average of all paid taxes. The increase of revenue is to be used to pay off the deficit. Not for extra government spending. This will also reduce the need to hire or maintain the level of employees of the IRS. aiding in an increase of funds to be used on paying towards the deficit.
