Reform the American tax code so that those who make windfall profits from playing the stock market have to pay similar taxes to those who pay high percentage from the payroll tax and other income taxes. Encourage the the investment in innovation and small business and stop giving preference to massive corporations and the insanely rich who aren't innovating and almost bankrupt our country.
