Reform the tax system to a flat tax for all

The tax system is an exemplar of a bloated wasteful and unconstitutional government. The constitution does not allow for theft, wealth redistribution, or charity. It is condemning that almost half of the country pays no tax, almost a third of the country lives off of those who do pay tax, and that the government irresponsibly spends, spends, spends. Make the tax code fair. Complete eliminate the entire current code and enact a set and un-deductable 10% flat tax for everyone and everything - from individuals, to families, to small business, to corporations, from the $10 dollar earner to the billionaire.
