Workers under the age of 18 should not be taxed. One of our nations founding mottos was, "No Taxation Without Representation!" Workers under the age of 18 do not have the right to vote, therefore they are being, taxed without representation. Reformation should come either to our voting policies, or to our tax policies. It is not right to tax an individual who has no voice in government affairs. We need to hold to the values of our Founding Fathers to keep our nation free and strong. Only with these values can we continue to lead the world. So again, we need to take one of two options: either reform the voting policy, allowing younger workers the right to vote, or we need to reform the tax policy and not tax those who have no voice in government.
