Reform taxes to abolish property taxes. People lose their job, then their home because they can't afford the tax

People have enough to worry about in todays economy. Having your home auctioned off for taxes should not be one of the things to worry about. The government can move the taxes to sales taxes on everything but food and medicne and more than make up for it. I personally am sick of watching people lose their home because of greedy state governments. We should not have to pay the government to live in this country, taxing a persons home should be off limits or change the law so the government can not take your home. You should not have to deal with anyone taking your home for anything, especially greedy state governments and high taxes.
