Request Washington Revise the national laws mandating tenured educational teachers at all levels, especially university levels be removed from tenure status at retirement age. (ADEA, 1986, Section 12(d)). Studies show that young university graduates are unable find work because 50% of tenured educational faculty is beyond retirement age, and refuse to retire.
