Reform the Teen Driving Laws in Pennsylvania to educate the youth and keep the streets safer

Created by I.C. on April 02, 2014

Teenage Driving Laws in Pennsylvania should be reformed. Right now, it is too easy for teenagers to pass their permit and driving tests. There are also many teenage-driver risk factors, including poor hazard detection, risk taking due to overconfidence, lack of skill due to inexperience , and the risk of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
