In America we have 1/4 of all American workers working temporary to contract based employment. By default this also means these 1/4 of all Americans are also without benefits. America has problems with health care, but in order to solve the problems we need to tackle the foundation of the problem, JOBS!
In an economy like this we need strict laws to protect hard working Americans from not recieving the benefits they deserve.
This petition is to reform current Temporary Employment Laws. For example states like Florida which is an "At-Will" state, why do employers need temporary employment when they can hire and fire employees At-Will? Temporary employment for small businesses is ok but for corporations they should get tax incentives for 100% temp free workforces.
