Reform the Tenure System Granted to school officials

Create an accountability system for school employees in that underperforming teachers/admin will be removed from schools ASAP, and the good teachers will keep their jobs. A new system would NOT put power in the principal/admin's hands, but would rather create a system in which parents, administrators, teachers, and school board directors would rate school employees (same goes with every employee), and the people whose performance is NOT up to par would simply lose the tenure. This would GREATLY reform the American education system as it would reduce the amount of under-par teachers, yet grant strong job security to the teachers delivering results.
