Reform their petition site to make multiple petitions about one topic, one petition & increase signature amount to 50K

This is just a petition that would, in totality, establish the moderation of the white house petitioning process. Petitions are "tickets" or "topics" as they would be known in IT helpdesks and Public Forums respectively. These sites have 'moderators' that look through and merge topics that have similar interests. It's an easy process and if the obama administration wanted to make something to sweeten the deal and make good on the creation of jobs promise. The administration could make this a position for the american people to apply for with unbiased partisanship.
