Reform the Three Strikes Law to Stop Sentencing Non Murderers to 116 years for a Robbery under The Three Strikes Law

The Three Strikes Law needs to change again. It needs to stop sentencing NON murderers, NON rapists and NON child molesters to Serve as much if not More Time than Murderers, Rapists and Child Molesters. If they commit a robbery on a third strike without any one harmed they should be sentenced fairly. 100 years is NOT JUSTICE. PLEASE HELP TO CHANGE/MODIFY THE Three Strikes Law to more reasonable and fair sentences. And to stop categorizing murders and theives the same. Thank you.
