In this age of entitlements and the drain on small business having to pay higher unemployment insurance taxes we the people here by call upon this administration to address the issues at hand with higher unemployment there has not been a greater need to get America back to work.
We propose a fundamental change to the unemployment insurance benefits system.
This the fundamental change is outlined as follows.
Require recipients to complete at minimum 25 hours of useful public service per 40 hour work week in order to receive full benefits.
Cap the maximum unemployment insurance benefit payout at the equivalent of a 40,000 dollar a year salary not the 60 percent it is today.
