Reform the United Postal service to be more efficient, reliable, and fast.

The united postal service is slow, incompetent, and difficult to deal with among other things. I propose that this organization receive a full reformation making it faster, more efficient, more reliable, and easier to deal with. Post offices should be established for each area they service, processing of shipments should be more thorough, mail delivery personnel should verify addresses they deliver to match the address indicated on the package, mail, etc. Feedback should be given by post offices to the government on how to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The government should regularly and actively monitor post offices to ensure standards are met, and the facility is running efficiently.
