We the people, request a reform of the ways that the USPTO grants patents to mega corporations. For years corporations like Apple and Microsoft have been blatantly abusing the antiquidated, broken system called the USPTO, in order to stifle innovation and shut down small businesses that threaten to take their market share.
Take for instance the so called "Steve Jobs" patent, it covers basic functions of smart phones and tablets and prevents other innovators from using them in their own design( of which they should be industry standard ).
President Obama, I abhore you to end the corruption and abuse. Reform the USPTO now.
