Reform United States Senator and Representative Salary and Benefits

Taking effect after the start of the next set of terms of office all US Senators and Representatives will have the following salary and benefits:
- Minimum wage of the state in which their representation occurs
- No healthcare, they must find and pay for their own
- All income generated from non-salary sources are frozen until the end of their term
- No paid leave.
- All recesses require 50% time dedicated to community service for their state/district and 50% time dedicated to state/district work
- All state/district work performed must be publicly available
- They work federal holidays
- No retirement plan
- All allowances are for work functions only - commuting to and from work is not a work function

Why - To better represent the constituents they represent, especially the lower class
