reform United States tax law to make all forms and sources of income equal under the law.

Created by T.D. on November 14, 2012

In the interests of fairness in taxation and to reduce the federal budget deficit as well as promoting positive work ethics and the equal participation of all Americans in performing their patriotic duty to pay their fair share in funding vital functions of our government, we the tax paying citizens of the United States petition the White House and Congress to reform the United States tax code to eliminate distinctions in forms or sources of income and treat and tax all forms of income the same from whatever source derived. Specifically, no source of income should be given preferential treatment over any other source of income, nor should any source of income be unfairly penalized more than any other source of income. Tax Capital Gains the same as wages.
