Reform the US Patent System which has become slow and inefficient.

The US Patent system has become bloated by millions of trivial patents from large companies seeking royalties for the most basic of ideas. To alleviate this problem and to allow new innovation to take place, the government must reform the patent system. The process of obtaining a patent should be made quicker, simpler, and streamlined. In addition a patent-holder must renew a patent and provide an explanation of its use.
