Reform Veterans Affairs Administration. Replace Secretary Shinseki due to mismanagement and incompetency.

Created by M.A. on February 26, 2014

The veterans affairs needs to be reformed, and this should begin with the termination or resignation of Secretary Shinseki. Veterans nationwide and their families are doing with out their benefits and are not being notified of what they may qualify for. When you do call the VA 1800 number a recording is answered and it states that a representative is too busy to answer your call. When you do finally speak to a person the VA representatives tell you that it will be 12 months or more until a decision is made on your case. The back log of VA benefits as so goes along with the back log of medical appointments, psychological assistance. Reform needs to begin from the highest employees to the lowest employees. The system is failing this nations veterans.
