Reform voter registration and requirements to prevent fraud.

1) Require valid photo ID. 2) Require every voter to use a national ID number (ie: SS #) that matches the voters name and can only be excepted at the voting poll once throughout the country at the time someone votes. 3) Disqualify the vote of anyone who is receiving welfare, food stamps or any other form of "Unearned" government entitlement as this is a direct conflict of interest.
