To Reform the Voting Process to Show the True Will of The People. By either:
1. The Elimination of the Electoral College
or,
2. The Division of Electoral College Votes By the Percentages of Vote Carried Within Each Said State.
Example:
1. The peoples vote directly reflects the winner of Presidential Elections.
or,
2. California per example has 55 Electoral Votes. Currently if a candidate receives the majority of votes even if only 50.5% to 49.5% the majority winner receives all 55 Electoral Votes. This shall be amended to reflect TRUE voter ideals and the Electoral Votes shall be split 50-50 or by such percentage as reflected by the voters within each said state.
